Funding for all Singaporeans and PRsUp to 70% Funding Funding Scheme: Base Subsidy 1 If you are a Singaporean or PR aged 21 and above, you can enjoy subsidies up to 70% of the course fee. EXAMPLE If your course fee is $1000, you only have to pay $300, not including the GST and application fee.

For Singaporeans above age 40Up to 90% Funding Funding Scheme: Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES) If you are a Singapore Citizen 40 years old and above, you can enjoy subsidies up to 90% of the course fee. EXAMPLE If your course fee is $1000, you only have to pay $100, not including the GST and application fee.

Additional Funding SupportUp to 95% Funding Funding Scheme: Additional Funding Support (ASF) Eligible Singapore Citizens that meet at least one of the following eligibility criteria can enjoy subsidies up to 95% of the course fee: Long-term unemployed individuals (unemployed for 6 months or more); or Individuals in need of Long-term unemployed individuals (unemployed for 6 months or more) Individuals in need of financial assistance - ComCare Short-to-Medium Term Assistance (SMTA) recipients or Workfare Income Supplement (WIS) recipients Persons with Disabilities
