Consultant & Footwear Designer

14 years ago, Vrinda began her career in the fashion industry. She began sourcing shoes and bags from various stores before moving on to start the first in-house label of Zalora by the name of Vrinz. Her true motivation however, was to set up her own store. Vrinda went on to establish connections with various artisans in India and set up a factory for production. She successfully launched her store, TEAL designs, in 2016 which was rated as one of the top ten homegrown accessory brands in India in Cosmopolitan magazine. At TaF.tc, Vrinda brings her experience to life within the classroom through teaching footwear branding and fashion retail merchandise buying. She strongly believes that in this industry, resilience and the ability to adapt are essential and hopes to convey that to her students.
