​This course is primarily for store managers or store assistants who are working in optimising store performance. Learn how to interpret data and formulate marketing or sales tactics to boost retail sales through using data sets and data visualisation. Find out what softwares to implement in your sales process to collect data on items that are seasonal or selling well. Store managers can also use sales data to identify performance amongst each store sales rep to identify areas of improvement.

Graduation Requirements
Student must fulfil the following requirements:

75% attendance rate of total training hours per module

Be found competent during written, practical and oral assessments
