Chief Operating Officer, TaF.tc

A Digitalization Architecture and Digital Marketing professional who has been spending the past 3 years focusing on digital marketing platforms and automation processes. Currently, I am with Textile and Fashion Industry Training Centre Pte Ltd (TaF.tc) in charge of both the Marketing and Technology department where I have spearheaded multiple digitizations and automation projects. My passion for technology and innovation has allowed me to be responsible for TaF.tcs’ Technology and Digital Marketing needs. I am also a mentor to students who have gone ahead to get jobs in the Digital Marketing industry. For my previous experiences, I've worked as a Candidate Manager at Aston Carter focusing on recruitment for Product Controllers. I've also worked as a Credit Analyst at a start-up called Upstart focusing on Peer to Peer Lending in San Carlos, California.

Nicholas Tan

Deputy Chief Executive, TaF.tc

Nicholas leads the Business Development team, Customer Relations team and the Enterprise team at TaF.tc. Nicholas is responsible for coordination of new deals between TaF.tc and local as well as overseas companies. Nicholas has a background in Financial economics which is what he majored in at the National University of Singapore. Nicholas has also started businesses at a relatively young age, at 18 he founded a company Corgerie, which is a company dealing with bespoke leather goods and at 21 he had a small business which deals with the purchase and sale of luxury horological timepieces. Ever since, he has developed a passion and interest in all things related to Horology. Nicholas also enjoys all forms of sports but particularly loves ultimate frisbee which he has played competitively for about 7 years in the past.

Hello, I'm Anisha! As one of TaF.tc's Digital Marketers, I strategise creative and analytical ways to connect industry players to TaF.tc's specially designed training programmes. I strive to build strong relationships with a fast-growing base of client by delivering innovative solutions that address their needs.Outside of work, I enjoy creating game concepts, and designing graphic work from time to time. I'm also a huge film/series buff, and you'll often find me wrapped up like a xlb in my blankets absorbed in another hair-raising adventure with a hot mug of milo by my side.

Nicholas's work spans over 20 years in various roles related to retail and IT, with experience in leadership positions at IBM, Datacraft (aka Dimension Data, NTT) and Training-Partners Pte Ltd for Singapore. He started a regional distribution company for Vibram Five Fingers, as well as a software and gig-economy company. His experience ranges from sales and partner management to managing a subsidiary and developing business regionally. His focus is solutions and services business, multiple disciplines in the business of computing, cybersecurity, software and network integration, data center infrastructure, building systems and energy efficiency, and training. He has consulted various SMEs on solutions for data warehousing, fractional teammates – such as CTO, outsource IT support as well as software development for ecommerce and website etc.
